I'm a professor at my local college that proudly proclaims itself a supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In spite of this, I have been banned from campus and threatened with termination because my religious exemption was denied. The exemption committee told me that they determined that my religious beliefs are, in fact, secular. How they arrived at that conclusion is beyond me.

I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts about how academia can be transformed. It's time we build new systems and institutions. The old ones are broken beyond repair.
