Did you know that starvation correlates very well with a lack of food? Only by charting the data, is the relationship clear.

The map makes the goal clear. The "most fragile states" are the countries with the LEAST fragile culture and civilization. "More exploration" is meant in the imperial sense. We need more Color Revolutions to convert those strong-culture countries into broken alienated panic zones like the "least fragile states".

I've had it up to here (lifts hand to 'start of salute' position) with "top scientists."

Seems to me that the best people to ascertain the probability of the end of the world would be Christian theologians. War and Pestilence have already been on the mound, and I see that Bill Gates is on the dugout phone summoning Famine to take the hill.
