If government is the censor and seeks to punish you (have you kicked off the private platform) for ''speeding" on a private platform, then your arguing that the speed camera was malfunctioning or probably wrong will shift the burden of proof to the government and you may prevail.
If a private censor says you were speeding and kicks you off his private platform, your proving that the censor's speed camera was malfunctioning or probably wrong will make no difference. You're screwed.
If a private censor is responding to a government speed camera or to government standards and asserts that you were speeding in violation of government criteria and kicks you off the private platform, then the private censor becomes an agent of the government (acting under "color of law") and your defenses will be the same as if the government were the primary censor and owner of the platform and kicked you off the platform.
