2. Rarely is a NYT opinion (or anything) so delicious to read. Can you imagine the pain and suffering it took these morons to write out maybe 30 drafts of this thing?
Finally I note some of the comments doubt the lab genesis & leak story which the NYT (and others) are finally copping to, and that is fair. The one issue with transparency, oddly enough, is if you finally have enough of it there is still no guarantee you will have clarity.
I'm partial to the theory that the point of all this was to do exactly what happened - lock the world down, reset the markets, tie people harder to the internet/isolation, and normalize government control of every aspect of our lives, including mandatory vaccinations. The lab leak theory was only shut down long enough so that these objectives can be justified, as well as conducted as a test of how well media narratives can be controlled and how strongly people believe in them.

Since I can't bring myself to accept that the whole world went stark, raving mad, in synch, I have to believe the whole ugly mess was intentional. And if that is so, if the scamdemic, with all of it's associated atrocities, was deliberately foisted upon us, there must have been a reason.

Don't forget about the lies about natural immunity. How could being "vaccinated" ever be of benefit to someone who had the virus and recovered? And the lies of the efficacy of tested and true medications like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine so as to foist the "vaccine" on the unspecting.
Severe punishment must be meted out to those who trampled our rights and disrupted our lives. The same fate needs to be dispensed to those responsible for the election theft in 2020.
America can not be restored unless those two groups are given what they rightfully deserve. Thankfully, Trump does not appear to be a "sweep things under the rug" kinda guy.
Experts claim that people don't trust them because of 'misinformation' or the 'rightwing media ecosystem.' People don't trust them because they're not trustworthy. Aside from lies (like these), there's an entire galaxy of errors, and assumptions, and arrogant pretensions. These people aren't even adult enough to admit what they don't know.
On this issue and many others we're seeing the 'quietly correcting' phase, when individuals and organizations and entire fields try to gingerly walk back their lies and missteps and insanity. We're going to be seeing a lot of this.
It doesn't matter if it was a lab leak. What matters is was it worthy of the shutdowns, change in hospital protocols and mandates of a jab. This was all about the jabs $$ they made their money. If it was a lab leak they just blame china everything else is in play.
